Lavender Lemonade


There isn't much more refreshing than cold lavender lemonade on a hot summer day. If you haven't made your simple syrup yet (from the "Cooking with Lavender 101" blog post), do that first. The syrup will keep for about two weeks if refrigerated.



For one pitcher to share with friends, combine


1 cup lemon juice

1 cup lavender simple syrup

4 cups of cold water


Feel free to add more sugar if you prefer and ENJOY!


For a single glass for yourself, combine


1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon simple syrup

1 glass of cold water with ice.


For a unique and sparkling treat, use club soda instead of water.
