**Add one drop of straight oil to your favorite diffuser bracelet to wear all day! 
**Mix one drop of essential oil with 3-5 drops of a "carrier oil" such as olive, grapeseed or avocado oil when applied to skin. Essential oils can be irritating if used "neat" directly on skin. 
**Use 3-5 drops in a diffuser for a natural room refresher.
